From the architectural style and features of each property to the kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows, hardware, paint, flooring and so on,
we insist on quality.
We work with award-winning architects and other specialist partners where we can be involved in all the decision making and are able to bespoke design each element to reflect the style of property and compliment the local surroundings.
All our properties come with the relevant guarantees, such as the 10 year NHBC or equivalent for conversions and renovations.

We carefully select desirable and picturesque locations across Dorset and South Somerset for each of our unique developments.
We always look to be sympathetic to the local landscape with our architectural design and character features, using traditional build methods and local materials where possible.
